Senior Cell Engineer
Responsibilities
Responsible for the design and development of lithium metal cells, sample trial production verification, performance evaluation, and realization of the company's product development goals
Responsible for cell sample preparation follow-up, test communication, performance anomaly and failure analysis
Responsible for the documentation from the development of new cell products to mass production
Responsible for following up power cell customer projects, decomposing customer needs, communicating and discussing client technology, and managing project technical progress
Qualifications
Master’s degree or above, major in material, chemistry, mechanics, etc., experience in lithium-ion battery, solid state battery is preferred
More than 5 years of power cell project development experience, leading or participating in the development of more than one power cell project
Familiar with the design or research and development of lithium-ion cell and solid cell
Fluency in English
Good team communication skills
Project management experience or ability is preferred
