Senior Cell Engineer

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design and development of lithium metal cells, sample trial production verification, performance evaluation, and realization of the company's product development goals

  • Responsible for cell sample preparation follow-up, test communication, performance anomaly and failure analysis

  • Responsible for the documentation from the development of new cell products to mass production

  • Responsible for following up power cell customer projects, decomposing customer needs, communicating and discussing client technology, and managing project technical progress

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or above, major in material, chemistry, mechanics, etc., experience in lithium-ion battery, solid state battery is preferred

  • More than 5 years of power cell project development experience, leading or participating in the development of more than one power cell project

  • Familiar with the design or research and development of lithium-ion cell and solid cell

  • Fluency in English

  • Good team communication skills

  • Project management experience or ability is preferred
