ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is responsible for leading the translation of complex livery concepts into precise, production-ready CATIA geometry, digital mylars, and technical data packages. The position owns significant portions of project delivery—ensuring data accuracy, alignment with design intent, and adherence to schedule across multiple aircraft types and design scenarios. Acting as a technical anchor for the team, this role collaborates closely with designers, engineers, vendors, and paint-hangar partners to clarify requirements, anticipate challenges, and ensure seamless execution from design through production.

With a strong command of CATIA V5 and an understanding of aircraft paint processes, the role contributes to the refinement of tools, workflows, and standards that elevate team efficiency and quality. Responsibilities include supporting production reviews, maintaining highly organized documentation and version control, and ensuring that all deliverables reflect Teague’s technical rigor and production-readiness. This role also serves as a knowledgeable representative in client and partner interactions—providing clear, confident communication and offering informed recommendations when technical or feasibility challenges arise.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This role requires periodic domestic travel as needed to support project work.

You contribute actively to improving workflows, tools, and team standards, and you’re generous in sharing insights and best practices with others. Highly organized and adaptable, you communicate clearly, navigate shifting priorities with confidence, and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
