Role Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated Senior Cash Collection Specialist with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong financial knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting and guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the cash collection process with incorporating customer service skills.
• Develop strategies to improve collection rates.
• Resolve complex client queries and collaborate with Partners.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Support colleagues and resolve complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies with care of quality standards and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Local Finance teams and various stakeholders.

Requirements

• About 5 years of experience in cash collection Files.
• Advance English and German proficiency.
• Advanced attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in problem-solving.
• Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills.
