Position: Senior Capacity Planning Manager (Last Mile Management)

Role Overview

The Senior Capacity Planning Manager role plays a strategic part in establishing KPIs, forecasting logistics capacity, integrating sales forecasts into planning, analyzing driver performance, and developing workforce planning tools to optimize last mile and middle mile operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish key performance indicators and benchmarks for planning and forecasting into last mile and middle mile logistics.
• Prepare and share daily/monthly last mile and middle mile capacity manpower and asset planning models and collaborate with operations teams to execute.
• Connect with S&OP(Sales & Operations Planning) to collect the GMV/Sales forecast and transform them into the logistics expansion planning.
• Measuring the last mile driver's performance analysis of multiple cost models and design the route/area-wise productivity of each driver.
• Support the development and implementation of workforce planning tools for accurate capacity forecasting.

Essential Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in logistics last mile and middle mile.
• Proven experience in data processing and analysis to build models that support business decisions.
• Strong communication skills across various contexts.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Google Sheet, Tableau and SQL/Python.

Prefered Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in planning and project management.
