Senior Buyer Menswear - Private Label (m/f/d)

We are launching a new menswear private label brand, built from the ground up with a strong focus on identity, market relevance, and long-term growth. As part of this exciting phase, we are building a new, dedicated team to shape and develop the brand from the very beginning. From concept to launch, we are defining every aspect of the collection and placing a strong emphasis on branding and a clear, consistent product vision.

As a Senior Buyer (m/f/d) in our Private Label division, you will play a key role in building and developing our menswear collections with a strong commercial and trend-driven mindset.

Responsibilities: 

• Plan and develop seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy
• Drive the end-to-end product development process, from initial concept and design to final delivery
• Oversee buying, production, and quality control processes in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead negotiations with international suppliers on pricing, product specifications, quality standards, lead times, and delivery terms
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify new product opportunities
• Analyze product performance, KPIs, and sales data to optimize assortment and drive continuous growth
• Manage timelines and critical paths to guarantee on-time product launches

Requirements: 

• Degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 6+ years experience in private label buying, preferably within menswear
• Strong background in fast fashion, young fashion, or commercially driven fashion brands
• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, materials, sourcing, production processes, and lead times
• Strong commercial awareness with a keen eye for trends, pricing strategies, and market positioning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a hands-on mindset
• Fluent in English; German and additional languages are a plus
