  • Draft use cases and assist/execute user acceptance testing to ensure that the system developed meets the business requirements and is according to the specifications agreed to
  • Create low fidelity wireframes using the client wireframing design tool
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes and prototypes that align with business requirements. Ensure the user interface and user experience are optimized for end-users, facilitating effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Review all software quality assurance (QA) activities with the QA Tester or project stakeholders to ensure the product meets the requirements and business needs.
  • Recommend and develop strategies to streamline workflows and improve overall business performance
  • Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ensure that business requirements are appropriately captured in the client IT systems such as JIRA and prioritized for Agile development cycles
  • Support the preparation and delivery of training sessions (for end users and for the new comers in the team)
  • Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of experience.
  • Communicate efficiently and clearly in a way that the receiver effectively understands the message
  • Work with information systems consulting and studies
  • Meticulous in quality and ICT security procedures
  • Experience in Information systems matters
  • Work in large organizations administrative and business processes
  • Preparing and writing detailed reports
  • Effectively deliver high level presentations
  • Ability to apply high quality standards
  • Experience with working in an international/multicultural environment
  • Practical handling of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Good knowledge of business process modelling
  • Designing mockups of user interfaces for web applications
  • Good level of English equal to C1, according to CERF
