Job Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of global Visa / Mastercard card issuing business, continuously optimizing issuing processes and operational efficiency in alignment with the company’s business development and market strategy.
Oversee the post-launch operations and promotion of card issuing products, including user card activation processes, issuing workflow management, campaigns, and overall operational support.
Coordinate and collaborate with banks, card networks (Visa / Mastercard), issuing service providers, and other financial institutions to support daily operations, resolve operational issues, and ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
Analyze transaction data, user behavior data, and operational feedback to continuously optimize business processes, improve card activation and conversion rates, increase transaction activity, and enhance overall user experience.
Monitor key card issuing operational metrics, including card issuance volume, transaction volume, user activity rate, and operational exceptions, and proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication (overseas study or work experience is a plus).
5+ years of operations experience in payments, fintech, or internet industries; experience related to Visa / Mastercard card issuing business is preferred.
Familiar with the operational processes of banks, card networks, and issuing service providers, with experience in cross-institution collaboration and project execution.
Strong cross-team and cross-regional communication skills, with strong execution ability and a results-driven mindset.
Data-driven and detail-oriented, able to identify problems through data analysis and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
