Senior Business Operations Specialist - POS Merchant Services/Card Payment

These services include comprehensive ATM, POS and card outsourcing services, card issuing and merchant acquiring services, software solutions, consumer money transfer and bill payment services.

We are currently looking for a results-driven Senior Business Operation Specialist in Budapest. This role is an opportunity to join our international Operations team, managing our POS Merchant Services business in Europe and US, in a dynamic and rapidly expanding company. The role holder will be based in Hungary reporting to the POS Merchant Acquiring Operations Manager and will be joining efforts with widely spread Euronet teams globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Senior Business Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for

• Merchant onboarding and related activities
• Merchant management
• Incident and request management processes
• Manage regulatory and internal reporting
• Providing 2nd level support to local operations in different European countries and business teams, as needed
• Update and maintain the operational documents
• Represent operation in the User and Production Acceptance Tests (UAT and PAT)
• Develop and maintain the operational processes

Requirements

• College degree and 1-3 years of experience in working in a card or banking environment,
• Great problem-solving skills, logical thinking, ability to work under strict deadlines,
• Strong interest in working in the card processing industry and developing in this area,
• Highly organized with taking the initiative to continuously improve our processes,
• Fluency in English and Hungarian (Spanish, Portuguese or Italian is advantage)
