We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Operations Senior Associate to drive high-impact initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on optimizing operations, executing key business projects, and improving processes to enhance efficiency. Key areas of focus include facilities/real-estate rationalization, vendor optimization, and other cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of complex problems, and delivers data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.

Note: To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We would like employees to work from our Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Financial Execution – Partner with finance to operationalize financial goals, identify savings opportunities, and improve cost efficiency across business operations.
• Optimize Business Processes – Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement scalable process improvements that enhance operational performance.
• Financial acumen
• Leverage Data for Decision-Making – Conduct analyses to uncover insights, track key performance metrics, and develop recommendations that inform strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with finance, technology, legal, and operations teams to align on priorities and drive successful execution.
• Lead Strategic Initiatives – Drive key business operations projects, including facilities rationalization, vendor optimization, and cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and resource allocation.
• Manage Vendor & Contractor Strategy – Analyze vendor and contractor spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to improve value and service delivery.
• Drive Ad Hoc Business Operations Projects – Take ownership of emerging operational challenges and opportunities, adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, strategy, or operations
• Proven track record of managing high-impact, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Finance / FP&A experience, with a focus on financial optimization and driving cost efficiencies across business operations
• Strong contract negotiation skills, with the ability to assess vendor agreements and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with sound business judgment
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Team player with experience in change management and cross-functional collaboration
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes initiative

• Preferred qualifications:

  • PMI/PMP certification
  • FP&A experience
  • Experience with Oracle software
  • Hands-on experience in real estate/facilities management, travel & expense, or independent workforce management
  • Background in digital media or health-tech

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $75,000 - $100,000
