Qualis LLC is seeking a Senior Business Manager at Dugway Proving Grounds, Utah to join our Team! If you have what it takes then you will be joining a group of experts working to create innovative solutions for our Armed Forces.

Requirements

Requirements:

• The Senior Business Manager must have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with at least five (5) years of experience in government cost management or business management experience.
• Must have a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be able to develop and implement standardized accounting systems for the control of project funds and expenditures.
• Must be experienced in the development and management of work breakdown structures and earned value management measurements.
• Must be able to forecast and develop long-range projections.
• Must be able to establish and maintain accounting record systems for labor, material, travel, and other direct costs (ODCs).
• Must be a US Citizen.
