We invite a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative with expertise in prospect research, lead generation, and sales outreach to join Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll work alongside our Sales Manager, providing valuable insights to identify and engage high-value prospects across the FinTech, RestaurantTech, Hospitality, and Retail domains. Your efforts will be key in driving business growth and expanding our client base in the USA.

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll use your outreach expertise to identify potential clients, recognize buying signals, build initial relationships, qualify leads, and facilitate introductions for the Sales Manager to schedule follow-up discussions.

  • Conduct research to identify prospects, opportunities, and buying signals. Use these insights to create leads, customize outreach content, and prepare our Sales Manager for follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with marketing and web research teams to conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and virtual or in-person meetings
  • Conduct hands-on lead generation, outreach to high-value targets, and leverage social media to connect with buyers and influencers, acting upon buying signals
  • Contribute to creating marketing and sales materials based on your research of customer insights and industry trends
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to refine sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM system
