What You Will Do
Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles (prospecting → closing → onboarding)
Build trusted relationships with CHROs, HRDs, and TA leaders
Drive new business across mid-market and enterprise clients in HK
Develop strategic partnerships with recruitment firms, HR partners, and ecosystem players
Share market insights that shape Moka’s regional strategy
Help build, and eventually lead, the HKMT sales team
What You Will Bring
5+ years of B2B direct sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or Enterprise Software
Proven track record of exceeding quotas
Experience selling to HR and Talent Acquisition is a strong plus
Strategic, consultative selling style
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Builder mindset — comfortable creating something from scratch
