  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders (C-level, HR Directors, Operations leaders).
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven mindset, ownership of outcomes, and high level of independence.
  • Experience in international markets and German language skills are a strong asset, but not a requirement.
  • Very good command of English.
