Senior Business Development Manager

TLDR

Drive new enterprise customer acquisition by fostering relationships and ensuring service excellence across multiple customer tiers while contributing to a culture of innovation and growth.

Job Purpose

The role of the Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) is important to us. As a part of the Enterprise team, you will be pivotal in ensuring a world class service provision to our bronze, silver, gold and platinum customers. Aligned with being responsible from actively bringing New to Business customers in, the SBDM role will be expected to foster close working relationships with the Sales development representatives (SDR)to ensure our new and existing customers feel valued.

Your responsibilities day to day will be:

  • To bring new enterprise customers into Radius Telematics - primarily through self-source, with a focus on customers holding 25 devices and above.
  • To visit prospects/customers in person and see this as a central and valuable part of your role - aligned to the Enterprise contact strategy and visit targets.
  • To achieve net unit growth in customer portfolio aligned to agreed targets.
  • Develop close working relationships with SDR’s to generate leads and develop opportunities.
  • To accept a camera / tracker solution within vehicle as requested by Radius. (E.g. CV200)
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication within your portfolio supporting and escalating queries to the relevant teams where necessary.
  • Carry out quarterly business reviews with your portfolio aligned to the contact and QBR strategy
  • Develop a mutually beneficial relationship with other business units.
  • To generate referrals for other Radius divisions through active cross sell

  • Minimum 5 years business development experience
  • Preferably in telematics but not essential
