Requirements
5-7 years of experience as a sales
Proven background in working with 4PL & 3PL international logistics companies
Experienced in LTL, Road Logistics Sales with Customer Networks
Minimum Bachelor’s degree of all major
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels will be highly advantageous
A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups
Strong networker & relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environment
Strong competency in Customer Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, and Influencing
Hands- on knowledge of Customer Relationship Mgmt. (Salesforce) & Business Intelligence systems
Good analytical capability for market mapping
