Senior Business Consultant

• Conduct and facilitate seminars and workshops tailored to clients’ needs.
• Engage with clients to gather and validate requirements.
• Coordinate communication among all stakeholders to identify, monitor, and resolve dependencies.
• Oversee and track project progress to ensure milestones are met.
• Provide ongoing support for software solutions post-implementation.
• Analyze and document client requirements comprehensively to deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, and other stakeholders to clarify, document, and align requirements across all parties.
• Ensure high product quality and on-time deliverables.

Requirements

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology from a Greek or foreign institute
• Minimum of five years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in banking payment solutions
• Expertise in Funds Transfer operations, with emphasis on banking payment systems
• In-depth knowledge of local and international payment systems (SEPA, SEPA Inst, Target2, SWIFT, etc.)
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office applications
• Outstanding communications skills, with strong customer service orientation
• Career motivation and a willingness to continue to further knowledge and skills
• Technical knowledge and experience will be a plus
