Klar is a Mexican fintech whose mission is to democratize and revolutionize how financial services are delivered in Mexico — especially since half of the population still doesn’t have a bank account. Since our launch in 2019, we’ve served more than 4 million users with a growing suite of debit and credit products, and the future is brighter than ever.
Today, we’re not only scaling our consumer business, but also building Klar Empresas (B2B) from the ground up — a new division focused on empowering Mexican SMEs with the financial tools, capital, and services they need to grow. The position and your daily adventures
This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office at least 3 times per week.
As a Business Architect, you will be a builder at heart. This is not a traditional role with narrow responsibilities, instead, you’ll work across multiple parts of the business to help us design, implement, and scale Klar’s B2B Go-To-Market engine.
You’ll touch everything from lead generation and data enrichment, to designing our sales pipeline, implementing tools, following up funnels, and creating KPIs and dashboards. This is a unique opportunity to gain a 360º view of how a fintech GTM engine is built and to have a real impact from day one.
