The position and your daily adventures

This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office at least 3 times per week. 

As a Business Architect, you will be a builder at heart. This is not a traditional role with narrow responsibilities, instead, you’ll work across multiple parts of the business to help us design, implement, and scale Klar’s B2B Go-To-Market engine.

You’ll touch everything from lead generation and data enrichment, to designing our sales pipeline, implementing tools, following up funnels, and creating KPIs and dashboards. This is a unique opportunity to gain a 360º view of how a fintech GTM engine is built and to have a real impact from day one.

What you can expect:

  • Work side by side with the GTM leadership team to design and implement Klar’s B2B sales pipeline and processes.
  • Support lead generation & enrichment initiatives by structuring data, testing sources, and improving contactability.
  • Analyze funnel performance, build dashboards, and create KPIs & conversion metrics that give visibility on performance.
  • Implement and manage sales tools (contactability, automation, prospecting platforms) that enable SDRs and AEs to be more productive.
  • Run experiments to test messaging, workflows, and funnel optimizations, and share learnings fast.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, Risk, and Product teams to accelerate Klar Empresarial launch.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in both sales and automation

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or analytical field (e.g., Computational, Mechatronics, Mathematics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
  • 2 or 3 years of experience in data analysis,  process improvement and automatization

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying , and Hands-on experience writing Python scripts. 
  • Curious, analytical, and structured. You enjoy solving problems with data and clear frameworks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. You can translate complex insights into simple takeaways.
  • Comfortable wearing many hats and switching contexts quickly: from cleaning a dataset to presenting findings to leadership.
  • Advanced English level


Desirable:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Growth, Revenue Operations, Business Development, or Lead Generation role.
  • Background in B2B Fintech or SaaS sales is a strong plus.
  • Experience with BI tools like Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio is a bonus.
  • Comfortable working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Churzero, HubSpot).
  • Experience integrating data sources and APIs (e.g., LinkedIn, Clay, Clearbit) for data enrichment.
