Position Overview:
Term: 6 months
Location: Remote
Pay: $60.00 - $75.00
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
As the Senior Business Analyst, you will lead initiatives on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). This role will drive requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation to optimize asset lifecycle processes and ensure compliance in a healthcare setting.

- Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops and interviews to capture business needs; document user stories and acceptance criteria.
- ServiceNow Solution Design: Translate requirements into configurations for ITAM/HAM, CMDB, Catalog, and related modules.
- Implementation & Optimization: Coordinate build, UAT, and go-live; define KPIs for asset accuracy, compliance, and cost savings.
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Oversee workflows for procurement, deployment, inventory, refresh, and retirement; ensure vendor coordination and ITAD compliance.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and scorecards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Power BI.
- Compliance: Align processes with HIPAA/HITRUST standards; partner with InfoSec and Compliance teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clinical, supply chain, finance, and IT teams; manage vendor relationships.
What will you bring to the team:
- 7–10+ years as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow ITAM/HAM experience.
- Proven track record in requirements gathering and implementation across SAM/HAM, CMDB, and related modules.
- Strong process optimization skills (ITIL, Lean).
- Deep understanding of asset lifecycle processes and healthcare compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS–HAM/SAM).
- Experience with software asset management and discovery tools.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems integration (EHR/EMR, ERP).
- Dashboard/reporting experience with Performance Analytics or Power BI.
