Senior Business Analyst

As part of the Digital Assets section (within the Software Engineering Infrastructure department), your mission will be to lead the planning and delivery of new features for our trading platforms. You will work closely with the Digital Assets development team, engineers, and stakeholders across Swissquote.

This is a hybrid role combining business analysis and technical project management. You will help translate business needs into clear requirements, support prioritization, and drive delivery with the development teams.

The systems you will help manage include Swissquote Exchange, a trading system supporting the trading of different asset types, as well as crypto custody and staking services.

You will also help solve operational challenges by working with operational teams to define and deliver practical solutions together.

You will coordinate projects end-to-end, manage stakeholders, and ensure progress from the initial idea through to delivery.

You will report to the Head of Digital Assets. This role comes with strong visibility, but also requires handling important topics behind the scenes that make a real impact.

• Have experience or at least being interested in financial domain and digital assets/crypto
• Analyze the needs of the different business departments, with high level of autonomous 
• Prepare the functional documentation
• Coordinate technical and business stakeholders
• Good presentation skills 
• Drive project deliverables

• 5+ years as a business analyst or equivalent role in the banking industry, you have a good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• You demonstrate great coordination skills and proved your problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset in your previous experiences.
• You are comfortable to give and receive feedback and possesses great communication skills (explaining ideas and suggestions with conviction and in a logical and structured manner).
• Our working language is English, French would be an asset.
