Senior Business Analyst (Regulatory Reporting)

What you'll do

What you'll do

• Work closely with your peers (experienced and well-recognized experts)
• Advise clients in the area of banking regulation on relevant topics in the regulatory reporting environment, such as Basel III credit risk, interest rate risk, liquidity risk and accounting topics 
• Analyse regulations and business/client specific requirements 
• Create concepts for implementation in close coordination with the development department (Agile development process)
• Participate to the testing process to ensure high quality delivery
• Offer functional support via hotline or ticketing system

• You have successfully obtained a degree in finance 
• 2 years+ experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of the financial statements of banks and how financial instruments like loans and securities are valued, booked and disclosed.
• Understand accounting principles specifically for banks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• You are dynamic, autonomous and flexible
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, service orientation and excellent communication skills
• An expertise in regulatory reporting is required, knowledge in Swiss legal reporting is a plus
• Business fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
