  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices
  • Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
  • Experience translating business needs into clear, functional requirements and solutions
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive alignment
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

  • Ability to create workflow diagrams and wireframes
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Healthcare domain experience (managed care, claims pricing/adjudication, EDI)
  • Experience with prototyping

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications or user stories
  • Maintain project documentation and visualize workflows through diagrams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and developers to ensure alignment
  • Support backlog prioritization and participate in Agile ceremonies
  • Support solution design and ensure requirements are accurately implemented
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
  • Communicate progress, risks, and insights to stakeholders
