Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and
process flows.
Experience with business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Ability to facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban).
Strong skills in creating BRDs, FSDs, and user guides.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Experience working with platforms related to engineering consulting,
