We're looking for someone who has *Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. *Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in mobile or digital banking projects. *Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Cards, Loans, or Accounts.*Prior experience in the Digital Banking / FinTech industry. *Fully understanding the customer's needs, to create a project process accordingly *Analyzing the needs of business *Creating and guide various research and test requirements *Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). *Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. *Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver work according to deadlines.
