We are currently looking for an experienced Business analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
We do not win by showing demos; we win by proving financial outcomes. We are looking for a Strategic Business Analyst who can walk into a factory, ignore the technical hype, and construct a financial mandate that makes purchasing our Industrial Vision AI infrastructure inevitable for the CFO.
Your Role in the Strategy
You are the architect of the deal. While Sales opens the door, you own the business case. You will interview Operations and Finance leaders to build a dual-layer Net Present Value (NPV) model that quantifies two things: the value of process improvement and the financial risk of the status quo.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Business Diagnostic: Conduct structured interviews with COOs, Plant Managers, and Quality Leads to uncover the "hidden factory" costs: scrap rates, recall risks, and the manual cost of maintaining ungoverned AI.
Construct the NPV Model: Build the financial business case that justifies the investment. You must calculate the Risk Mitigation Value—quantifying what it costs the customer if their current AI models drift or fail an audit.
Executive Presentation: You are the primary voice to the C-Level. You will present the "Executive Plan," translating technical governance (Drift, Retraining) into financial terms (Risk Transfer, OPEX predictability).
Enforce the "No-Demo" Rule: You will act as the gatekeeper. You ensure that no technical resources are deployed until a business case is validated, preventing "PoC fatigue."
Pricing Architecture: You will derive the per-unit pricing based on the customer’s throughput and defect economics, ensuring we capture 10–30% of the value created.
Background: 3-5 years in Strategy Consulting (e.g., Roland Berger, Bain) or Industrial Private Equity. You speak the language of the P&L, not the language of the GPU.
Skillset: Exceptional financial modelling (Excel/Python) and C-suite presentation skills.
Mindset: You understand that "Outcome Assurance" is an insurance product, not a software feature.
Region: Belgium / DACH. If not local, willingness to travel to the office @60% is a must.
