Shiji Group is developing enterprise, cloud-oriented software to power the travel industry. Your job will be to bridge the communication between product & development team, in order to develop a part of a distributed system that serves the hospitality industry.
The system consists of many domain-oriented microservices developed under a few cross-functional teams.

How we work - remote/hybrid work:
- Employees up to 50 km from the office (Katowice) - 4 times a month
- Employees from 50 to 100 km from the office - 2 times a month
- Employees over 100 km - remote work
Responsibilities
- Performing business-system oriented requirements analysis and communicating the results of your efforts
- Documentation of business requirements and end-to-end process for analyzed changes, with attention to impacted system areas
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure common understanding of proposed solutions
- Working closely with Product Owner to help maintaining quality of tasks, according to standard set.
- Close cooperation with other teams to deliver distributed functionality
- Helping ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Identifying potential improvements and optimizations across the system
- Previous working experience as an IT Business Analyst for 3 years
- MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant fields
- Knowledge of BPMN or UML , in terms of process modeling
- Familiar with microservices architecture and REST API
- Database understanding (SQL skills)
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Previous experience working in SCRUM team
- Creative thinker
- Attention to details
- Fluent in English
