We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Business Analyst (Freelance -> FTE).
The project aims to design and deliver a secure, scalable digital platform that modernizes core public services related to vehicles, licensing, and citizen interactions.
The solution will connect several existing government and third-party systems, replace manual and paper-based processes, and introduce mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, and data-driven decision dashboards — all compliant with European data-protection and cybersecurity standards.
The first stage focuses on business discovery and architecture definition, followed by full-scale platform development and deployment.
