About the role We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and AI-driven solutions, helping optimize customer experience and drive measurable impact. Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product and data insights

  • Analyze customer interaction data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and client teams to deliver AI solutions

  • Define KPIs, track performance, and drive continuous improvement

  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders

  • Support client onboarding, use-case design, and solution optimization

  • Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or analytics roles

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools

  • Experience working with customer experience, support, or conversational AI platforms is a plus

  • Ability to translate complex data into simple insights and recommendations

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Fast-paced, problem-solving mindset
