We are looking for a “Senior Business Analyst & Consultant” for our growing Professional Services Team. If you can speak English fluently and passionate about analyzing business needs, we believe that this position is just for you!

Recently we have been acquired by Unifonic, a leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider.
What we expect :
- Learning the details of Sestek solutions (Conversational AI)
- Developing strong relationships with customers’ business and development teams
- Analyzing business needs and designing the best solution within Sestek products
- Providing consultancy service and training to customers using Sestek products
- Maintaining relationships with customers to increase customer commitment
- Assisting with high-severity requests or issue escalations, as needed
- Reporting on product-based demands of customers and providing insights about new features or improvements
Who we are looking for :
- University degree in science or engineering (not determinant for this position)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
- Minimum 4 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in business analysis or product/project consultancy (AI, IT or call center technologies)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, basic data analysis, and diagramming tools (Visio, Draw.io)
- General knowledge of customer interaction technologies (telephony, contact center, mobile, webchat, etc.)
- Eager to learn and adaptable to technology changes
- SQL and API experience is a plus
- Experience in speech technologies or Conversational AI is a plus
- Knowledge/experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Agentic AI is a plus
- Effective presentation skills are a plus
- Driver’s license (class B) is a plus
