Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with global stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document EMS requirements in alignment with product strategy.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for scalable trading platforms.
- Lead EMS platform transformation initiatives by coordinating vendors, technology teams, and controls to ensure compliant and timely delivery.
- Perform gap analysis by comparing current execution workflows with future state capabilities to drive continuous improvements.
- Support integration design using APIs and FIX, enabling connectivity across brokers, markets, and internal systems.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years’ business analysis experience in capital markets with strong, proven trading systems exposure.
- Deep knowledge of execution management systems, order lifecycle, and trading workflows within wealth management environments.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, including REST, HTTPS, and FIX, for low latency system integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems using structured thinking and data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders, influencing decisions, and navigating organizations across business and technology teams.
