Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Facilitate effective communication between IT teams and business stakeholders through meetings and workshops.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to identify issues, recommend solutions, and outline prospective changes to business processes.
• Develop detailed business use cases and functional specifications to guide the development process.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Design and implement new business processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Assist in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software development sector.
• Proven experience with requirements gathering and analysis, as well as business process modeling.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Proficient in tools for documentation and project tracking (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) is a plus.
