Senior Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Senior: 2 roles

Location: Anywhere in EU

Duration: 6-12 months contract

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. Bachelor/Master degree in economics and finance or other relevant field.
   In the absence of a Bachelor/ Master degree in the relevant field, demonstrated equivalent professional experience of at least 8 years can be accepted.

Mandatory Experience:

1. 7 years of experience in the field of Finance and Treasury management.
2. Experience with WallStreet TRM configuration and data management.
3. Experience with the definition of requirements for improving processes and systems, reducing their costs, enhancing their sustainability, and the quantification of potential business benefits.
4. Experience determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various stakeholders.
5. Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes.
7. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
8. Experience creating documentation such as business case documentation or business requirements summaries.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

1. Background in public and/or private financial services institutions, insurance undertakings or equivalent institution is preferred.
2. Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) and certification in agile methodologies.
3. Knowledge of English.
