POSITION PURPOSE:
As a Business Process Analyst you will join our Operation Excellence team to drive digital transformation within our manufacturing operations. . You will focus on building digitalized solutions, implementing and optimizing our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to streamline production process & enhance efficiency, virtually monitor order/ WIP/ machine status, and ensure accurate data management within the factory. You will be a part of an agile team and able to apply Business Process Analysis skills to address real-world challenges in the fast-paced retail industry.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Research & analyze business challenges in data integration & management, traceability, and process optimization to identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Define desired expected business value, together with business stakeholders, that not only solve the focused challenge but also ensure end-to-end seamless operation flow.
Bridging the gap between users & technical team by translating business needs into clear and actionable development tasks to match the final delivery with targeted business deliverables.
Planning the development activities, together with Technical Lead, & Project Coordinator, to shape the development direction & allocate areas of responsibility.
Manage development process including user story mapping, acceptance criteria establishing, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, make sure functional & non-functional documents keep updated.

Requirements Analysis and Design: able to conduct discovery activities to understand complex business challenges and confirm business requirements, as well as maintain on-going collaboration loop with stakeholders throughout the development process
Solution Design & Evaluation: able to map & convert user stories/ needs into technical modules design as well as define product benchmark & KPIs
Requirements LifeCycle Management
Development Process Planning & Monitoring
Stakeholders communication & collaborations
- Others
Manufacturing industry knowledge is an advantage
MES, IoT systems working experience is an advantage
2. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering or other related majors
Intermediary English business communication.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand & visualize business problems, analyze & propose effective & efficient solutions
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve technical data analysis and modeling challenges.
Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies quickly.
Attention to Detail: Ability to work meticulously and ensure the accuracy of results.
Versatility in Work Environment: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
