  What you would do 

• Influence the Market: lead analyses for journalists and industry professionals, delivering insights for top-level decision-making.
• Drive Product Development: take part in building up products that help retail investors through their investment journey.
  
• Shape Content Strategy: determine trending and essential topics to cover.
• Find the Hidden Secrets: conduct in-depth research on complex financial topics like payment for order flow and hidden FX spreads.
• Share Your Insights: produce high-quality financial content, being able to deep-dive and break down complex topics for retail investors.
• Leverage New Tools: use advanced tools like Python, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to optimize research and content strategies.
• Modeling: design and refine broker scoring methodologies to ensure unbiased reviews of brokerage firms for retail investors.
• Hands-On Testing: evaluate global brokerage platforms, including order execution, fees, and trading tools.
  

Who we’re looking for 

• 7+ years of experience in investment management, brokerage, or related industry. CFA designation is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Deep knowledge and real experience in capital markets.
  
• Experience in managing complex projects and making high-stakes decisions.
• Creative problem solver with fresh content/analysis ideas.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and represent professional interests in an all-staff meeting;
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence cross-functional teams.Technology, tools

• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), data analysis tools (SQL, Python), and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Analytics) is a plus.
