Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior BPM & Workflow Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Laserfiche / Camunda Workflow and Forms to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide business process automation (BPM) initiatives. The role focuses on end-to-end workflow orchestration, process digitization, integration, and continuous optimization across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, modeling, and automation of business processes using BPM best practices.
• Design and implement end-to-end workflows including approvals, escalations, SLAs, and exception handling.
• Develop advanced Laserfiche / Camunda Workflows and Forms with scalable and auditable design.
• Orchestrate integrations between Laserfiche / Camunda and ERP, Core Banking, CRM, and external systems.
• Define BPM governance standards, workflow controls, and compliance mechanisms.
• Monitor workflow performance, KPIs, and continuously optimize process efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, process diagrams, and technical artifacts.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in BPM and workflow automation.
• Advanced expertise in Laserfiche / Camunda Workflow and Forms or similar tools.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and system integration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Laserfiche BPM / Workflow certifications.
• Experience in banking, government, or regulated industries.
