Senior BIM Architect Engineer

Kemet Corporation for BIM Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Architect Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will lead BIM processes, ensure high-quality model delivery, and support project teams in optimizing engineering workflows using advanced BIM methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to define BIM objectives, strategies, and execution plans
• Oversee the development and production of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Review BIM models to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications
• Provide technical support and guidance on BIM-related challenges
• Develop and deliver BIM training programs for internal teams
• Perform quality control checks on BIM deliverables
• Coordinate across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines within BIM models
• Mentor junior BIM engineers and support their professional development

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in BIM and architectural engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks (mandatory)
• Solid experience in shop drawings across multiple projects
• Ability to create and manage BIM families
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multi-disciplinary model coordination
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within project teams
