The Senior Billings Analyst supports contracting processes and documentation for a set of accounts. The Senior Billings Analyst ensures that all contracting documentation is maintained according to standards and invoicing is conducted with high data quality and efficiency in a timely manner.  The Senior Billings Analyst also supports Account Leaders and industry leadership with training, reporting and analysis, as needed.

Responsabilities

  • Creates, updates, and manages client, engagement, project, task, and assignment (roll-offs and extensions) information in Point B systems
  • Monitors data and reports and coordinates with account team to resolve errors
  • Communicates time and expense reminders in support of month-end close
  • Supports time and expense management, including interaction with client tracking systems
  • Creates client invoices, coordinates delivery, and monitors month-end invoice process
  • Supports accounts receivable activities
  • Supports AP entry for contractor expenses, as applicable
  • Supports revenue recognition
  • Supports contract compliance and internal contract audits
  • Scans and stores contracts, statements of work, and extension authorizations
  • Works with Business Operations and Industry teams to align on common account success measures
  • Reviews and monitors project budgets
  • Provides account support in various forms, as requested
  • Identifies and documents opportunities to automate personal work responsibilities
  • Supports team efforts and builds authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams
  • Consistently demonstrates and lives Point B cultural tenets and values

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a billings role
  • Proficient in business English
  • Experience with supporting billings for a US based Company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Salesforce and FinancialForce experience a plus
  • Experience in a professional business environment
  • Demonstrated finance and business competency
  • Experience with information analysis preferably with financial or sales data
  • Comfort working with new and changing technology
  • Ability to work from home
  • Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary
  • Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings
