Your responsibilities

  • Build data products that enhance recruitment and promote fair hiring practices

  • Design and implement high-performance applications using Kafka and Spark

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data engineering solutions

  • Manage ETL pipelines and data orchestration processes

  • Continuously improve and scale our data infrastructure to support the global recruitment ecosystem

Your skills and qualifications

  • Proficiency in coding with Java or Scala

  • Practical knowledge of Apache Spark and Airflow or other similar orchestration tools

  • Experience with Kafka (MSK)

  • Strong knowledge of SQL

  • Professional experience in Big Data, Data Warehousing, and ETL

  • Experience with AWS services (e.g., Glue, EMR, ECS with Docker, Redshift, DynamoDB, S3)

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform

  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English (B2+ level)

  • A passion for data-driven solutions that make a difference
