Senior BI ETL Developer

We’re looking for an experienced ETL Developer to support our business and drive its growth. As part of this role, you will hold full accountability for our data infrastructure. This is a pivotal role in a strategic, long-term project where we are migrating to Oracle Fusion Cloud and remodeling our entire Data Warehouse (DW) from the ground up to ensure a next-generation ERP solution.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end ETL processes and data modeling architecture.
• Architect and develop robust data integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and our enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Define and implement Source-to-Target (STT) mappings, ensuring every DW table is accurately mapped to its Fusion source or BICC extract.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
• Ensure rigorous data quality, governance, and performance optimization within the integration architectures.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in BI Back-End development, specifically in ETL processes and Data Modeling.
• Expertise in SQL with the capability to construct and optimize complex queries.
• Mastery in utilizing ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS, or ODI) to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Experience in building STT documentation and managing complex data migrations
• Advanced technical proficiency in the Oracle ecosystem: Significant experience with Oracle DB and hands-on expertise with ODI ; familiarity with BICC  is a major advantage.
• Fluent English (oral and written) – Mandatory.
