Senior BI Developer (Remote in Poland)

What you’ll do:

• Be a key part of our product data development journey;
• Design, build and maintain BI solutions that power decision-making across Oversee;
• Take ownership of parts of our data warehouse - from planning the architecture to hands-on implementation;
• Partner directly with product and business teams to understand needs, recommend solutions, and deliver them end-to-end;
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI that tell a clear story and drive action.

About you:

• 6+ years in BI/Data Engineering - you've built pipelines, not just dashboards
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python skills for ETL/ELT workflows
• Solid experience with data warehouse architecture and data modeling (Snowflake, dbt, or similar)
• 5+ years building Power BI solutions end-to-end - from data layer to polished, business-ready dashboards
• Strong grasp of data quality, governance, and best practices across the full data stack
• Comfortable with version control, CI/CD, and deployment processes in a data context
• Business-driven mindset, you connect data infrastructure to real outcomes, not just technical deliverables
  
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to improve productivity across the data stack (ETL, analysis, documentation, testing, etc)

Bonus points if you have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related analytical field
• Experience with Power BI Embedded
• A sharp eye for dashboard UI/UX - you know the difference between a report and an insight
• Prior experience in a tech lead or mentorship capacity (this role has a clear path there)
