Senior BI & API Integration Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on engineer with strong technical expertise in APIs, data pipelines, and BI dashboards. In this role, you will personally write code, build integrations, and create reports/dashboards that connect data across multiple systems and empower smarter decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Develop ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple systems
• Build and optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI / Tableau
• Automate recurring reports and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize existing data integrations and dashboards

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases (NoSQL is a plus)
• Experience with API integrations (REST, JSON/XML, webhooks)
• Solid experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) — data modeling, DAX/SQL, dashboard development
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools or integration middleware
• Background in ERP, finance, or operations data
