Accountabilities
Partner with the Marketing team to identify and engage new customers
Prepare key metrics and reports for Senior Leadership through Weekly Business Reviews
Design A/B tests to optimize customer engagement via email and SMS channels
Monitor conversion funnel performance to streamline application processes
Develop reporting for multi-touch attribution to support data-driven marketing decisions
Ensure compliance of marketing initiatives and communications
Migrate dashboards and reports onto new loan origination systems
Analyze structured and unstructured data to create meaningful insights
Automate and streamline business processes, focusing on Data + Action
Act as the data expert for the Marketing team and collaborate across multiple departments
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, economics, etc.)
2+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with BI Tools for dashboard creation and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Proficient in Excel or spreadsheet applications
Experience in conversion funnel optimization and A/B testing preferred
Programming experience in Python preferred
Background in high-growth startups or financial services is a plus
