Senior / Staff Software Engineer – Product Engineering
As a Senior Software Engineer on our Product Engineering team, you’ll work in a fast-paced Agile environment on a proven product. You’ll partner closely with experienced engineers to design, build, and ship high-quality features while continuing to grow your technical impact and leadership influence.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and ship product features using modern web technologies and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
Contribute to system design and architecture decisions for new and evolving features
Take ownership of stories and technical tasks from design through delivery
Break down product requirements into clear, actionable technical work
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering in an Agile environment
Improve code quality, documentation, and development processes
Mentor other engineers and lead by example through strong technical execution
Support production systems and help maintain a reliable, scalable SaaS platform
8+ years of professional software development experience
Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and REST APIs
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with AI tooling and frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Copilot, Cursor)
Experience building and supporting SaaS products in production environments
Working knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and messaging/queue systems
Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus
Strong communicator who collaborates well across teams
Self-directed, pragmatic, and focused on building maintainable, scalable solutions
