About the Opportunity

Transmit Security is a top player in its game and is heading for an exciting year. In this role, you will take an integral part in the creation of a new and innovative SaaS product.

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our growing Detection and Response team and solve complex problems.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and deliver new features in the heart of our emerging platform.
• Develop a platform that will affect millions of users worldwide.
• Write modular, extendable, testable, efficient and secure code for the platform and microservices.
• Work both on delivering infrastructure and customer-facing features. 

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience developing a multi-service platform for scale.
• Experienced with Python & NodeJS languages (highly experienced in one of the languages).
• Strong, proven architectural and design skills.
• Experienced with complex system design.
• Advantage - experienced in streaming technologies, such as Beam/Spark/Flink.
• Advantage - experienced in queue management-based systems (such as Kafka).
• Advantage - experienced with other languages, such as Go, Java, or C#.
• Advantage - experienced with web programming & web security 
• Advantage - experienced with identity management
