Senior Backend Engineer (m/w/d)

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Backend Engineer to join our team at our Berlin office. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining robust systems using your strong Golang development skills.

• Working with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker.

• Collaborating effectively with team members across all stages of development.

• Demonstrating a passion for learning and improving existing processes and codebases.

What You Bring

Hard Skills

• Strong proficiency in Golang.

• Understanding of NodeJS development.

• Extensive experience with microservices architecture and containerisation.

• Strong understanding of communication protocols including REST, gRPC, and GraphQL.

• Experience with databases such as Postgres DB and Mongo DB.

• Familiarity with Elastic Search is considered a nice-to-have.

• Academic Requirements: Formal academic degree is not strictly required; we value the ability to code.

Soft Skills

• Methodological: Conceptual thinking, Analytical thinking, and strong Organizational skills.

• Social: Excellent Teamwork, strong Dialogue skills, and a high Sense of responsibility.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Language Skills: Fluent in English, good to have German knowledge, but not mandatory
