In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs that power an advanced identity and access management platform. Accountabilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for the IAM platform, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features that meet business and security objectives.
• Develop and maintain access intelligence features that extract actionable insights from customer environments.
• Implement identity lifecycle management functionality, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control policies.
• Build logging, monitoring, and auditing capabilities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Continuously optimize platform performance, security, and scalability through code reviews, testing, and refactoring.
• Stay updated with IAM industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging them to innovate and enhance the platform.

Requirements

 • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in backend software development, ideally in identity and access management, security, or related areas.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Golang or Java.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, standards, and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and familiarity with IAM services.
• Nice-to-have: experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
