So, we’re building a new one.
And, we need a Senior Product Engineer with a Java focus to join our mission and help us build a global platform that’s scalable, reliable and secure. We’re working on lots of algorithmical challenges, and you’ll dive right into projects on reconciliation, integrations, authorisations and authentications.
The team you will join: Contact Automation team
The Contact Automation team within the Support squad is focused on transforming customer support operations by leveraging automation and AI. As a software engineer on this team, you will work on building scalable systems that can understand customer issues and provide automated resolutions. Using natural language processing and machine learning models, we are developing a virtual agent that could enrich case context, make decisions in the contact handling process, interact with customers and resolve common support cases.

The salary ranges between HUF1,500,000 - HUF2,200,000/month with an RSU package.
