Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with .NET Core (6.0 and above), preferably 9.0+
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, OOP concepts, and design patterns
• Experience in building applications using Microservices architecture
• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery), React is a plus
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL systems
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and SOAP services
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems
• Experience working with tools like SonarCloud and Codacy for code quality
• Understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS Lambda
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Understanding of secure coding practices

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems using .NET Core 9.0+
• Work closely with product managers, frontend developers, and QA to deliver business features
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform thorough testing and debugging
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic
• Stay updated with the latest backend development trends and technologies
• Participate in code reviews and enforce code quality standards
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
• Collaborate across the entire software development lifecycle
