Product-First Background: Experience working within a product team and with business stakeholders, making technical decisions grounded in real user and business impact.

Experience: 4+ years in backend engineering roles, building and owning systems that process and serve data at scale.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in NodeJS, TypeScript, relational databases, LLMs, and ETLs.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Skilled in architecture trade-offs, balancing delivery speed with quality, and delivering incremental value.

What you`ll do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using NodeJS and TypeScript.
- Own backend systems responsible for data ingestion and LLM-based enrichment.
- Own and evolve our in-house RAG-based search architecture.
- Work with Postgres and Prisma to ensure evolutionary data design, performance, and reliability.
- Act as a product engineer, understanding business problems and turning them into robust technical solutions with real impact.

Take delivery ownership of major initiatives, including architecture decisions, trade-offs, and long-term scalability.
- Continuously improve observability, reliability, and performance of backend systems in production.
