Senior Backend Engineer - CozmoX

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to architect, build, and scale the backbone of our real-time voice AI SaaS platform with a focus on high-performance, multi-tenant, and secure backend solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in backend development.

• Strong knowledge of real-time communication protocols (WebRTC, SIP, RTP).

• Expertise in multi-tenant SaaS architecture and data isolation.

• Hands-on experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.

• Cloud deployment expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-prem integration.

• Strong DevOps skills (Terraform, observability, infrastructure automation).
  

Responsibilities

• Design and scale the backend infrastructure for real-time AI SaaS.

• Develop microservices and optimize performance for high-traffic environments.

• Implement secure API architectures (REST, GraphQL, SDKs).

• Build multi-tenant and fault-tolerant infrastructure.

• Maintain observability, monitoring, and incident management.

• Lead backend architecture, security, and compliance initiatives.

• Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
