Senior Backend DevOps

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Experience in delivering DevOps automation & Lifecycle Management at scale.
• Proven experience in building and running a Spring Boot application (knowledge of infra, build, test and deployment processes for 0 downtime).
• Able to coach and impart good ways of working and coding best practices to the other developers.
• Able to explain their logic and ways of working verbally to the other team mates, and the squad Triangle.
• Comfortable speaking up to question and challenge existing ways of working.
• Good collaboration & soft skills. Able to be one of the leaders in the team.
• Able to bring the level of development team higher, by instilling philosophies like pair programming, or similar techniques.
• Has high standards in peer and code reviews.
• Ability to help mentor junior developers in the team and help them grow their skills and development ability.
• English fluent.
• Based in Portugal.
